TERMS OF TRADE - MAY 2009

Price Lists: show the ex - store prices in New Zealand dollars for individuals who wish to purchase

direct from Trackgang Products.

Ordering product from Trackgang Products:

By Our Online Site -

Enter our site to place your order online. We will send you an email to confirm that your goods are in stock and confirm the total price, including postage and packing. Once you receive our confirmation email, you will then be able to complete your order by paying

By Post - Post to Trackgang Products, 38 Emily Place, Otumoetai, Tauranga, New Zealand 3110.Please include if possible a daytime telephone contact number. Payment can be made by Cheque or Postal Order made out to ‘Trackgang Products’.

Please send us an email using our 'Contact us' tab on the Homepage.

Shipping: Goods will be forwarded by Standard Post unless requested otherwise. Parcels may be insured, at my discretion. Both these costs are charged to customer.

Freight: This figure on the invoice covers freight and packaging costs and does not include GST, even if the amount shown may be the same as the face value of postage on the parcel. International orders please allow 10% of purchase price.

Payment: Method of payment is by cheque or bank deposit against a pro-forma invoice before shipment of goods. Payment can be made by Cheque or Postal Order made out to ‘Trackgang Products’.

We can also offer Paypal payments, but please email us first to arrange.

Availability: Most Trackgang Products items are normally available ex stock. However, please

remember that Trackgang Products is a "spare time" operation. Family and business commitments can

mean that an order does not always receive immediate attention. Large orders (e.g. detail parts) can deplete stocks rapidly and my manufacturing programme has to catch up.

Liability: Faulty goods, due to materials or workmanship, will be repaired, replaced or credited at

my discretion when the goods have been returned to Trackgang Products for inspection. Liability is

limited to the original purchase price of the goods only.

Trackgang Products reserves the right to alter specifications and/or prices without notice.

Placing an order with Trackgang Products constitutes an agreement to all the terms and conditions set

out in the above Terms of Trade.
