How to Place Orders
To use the shopping cart process, your first need to register on the site. The name/address infomation registered will automatically become your mailing address, so please check that it is correct. Only New Zealand addresses can be loaded. Any personal information is not accessable by others and will only be used in relation to business with Trackgang Products.
5 Easy steps to getting your order.
Step 1. Select for the catergory lists the products you're wishing to purchase. Click on 'Add to cart'
Step 2. Your cart list will be displayed. You can go back to the catergory lists to order more product.
You can edit your choice if you wish to order more that one of an item. Click 'Edit' button and chage quantity.
You can delete an item from your cart list. Highlight item and click 'Del' button.
Step 3. When you have completed your cart list, click on 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Step 4. Your checkout page will be displayed. You need to select the postal option you prefer.
You need to select your type of payment option.
You need to verify the 'Terms of Trade'
Step 5.Once this is completed, you will receive a confirmation of your order.
When payment is received at Trackgang Products, you will receive another confirmation email.
And when your order has been shipped, this will be notified by email.
